Welcome to EzViber™ ("we," "us," or "our"). We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application EzViber (the "App"). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the App.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the App depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:
a. Personal Data You Provide to Us
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the App, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when you participate in activities on the App (such as using our AI tools), or otherwise when you contact us.
The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the App, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect may include the following:
- Account Information: When you create an account, we may collect your name, email address, and password. If you register using a third-party provider like Google, we may receive information from that provider, such as your name and email address, as permitted by your privacy settings with that provider.
- User Input: Information you provide when using our AI tools, such as text prompts for Prompt Pal, party details for Party Pal, financial criteria for Lit Dough, professional search queries for Pro Pal, and travel preferences for Travel Pal.
- Communications: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
b. Information Collected Automatically
When you access or use our App, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and usage of the App. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our App, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes.
- Usage Data: We may collect information about your interactions with the App, such as the features you use, the pages you visit, the actions you take, and the dates and times of your access. This may include data collected by Firebase and Genkit for operational and analytical purposes.
- Device Information: We may collect device information, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect in various ways, including to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain our App;
- Improve, personalize, and expand our App;
- Understand and analyze how you use our App;
- Develop new products, services, features, and functionality;
- Communicate with you, either directly or through one of our partners, including for customer service, to provide you with updates and other information relating to the App, and for marketing and promotional purposes (where permitted by law and with your consent where required);
- Process your transactions (if any);
- Send you push notifications (if applicable and with your consent);
- Find and prevent fraud;
- For compliance purposes, including enforcing our Terms of Service, or other legal rights, or as may be required by applicable laws and regulations or requested by any judicial process or governmental agency.
3. How We Share Your Information
We may share the information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:
- With Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: Firebase (for authentication, hosting, and backend services) and Google (for AI models via Genkit). These service providers are obligated to protect your data and are not permitted to use your personal information for any other purpose.
- By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.
- Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
- With Your Consent: We may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We may use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the App to help customize the App and improve your experience. Firebase Authentication services may use cookies or similar technologies to manage user sessions and authentication status. 5. Data Retention
We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Information provided as input to our AI tools is processed to provide you with the service and may be temporarily logged by Genkit or the underlying AI model providers for operational and improvement purposes, subject to their respective data handling policies.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR for European users, CCPA for California residents), you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. These rights may include:
- The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
- The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or complete information you believe is incomplete.
- The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to our processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
- The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.
8. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or a higher age threshold as required by applicable law in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information, including personal data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction. If you are located outside the United States and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to the United States and process it there (as our service providers like Google are based there). Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
